The procedure depend on the Law of administrative procedure (RS 172.021) and on the Law on Administrative Federal Court (RS 173.32), as far as the Telecommunication Law don't dispose differently.

FCC's decisions: Decisions taken by the Commission shall be open to administrative appeal before the Administrative Federal Court.
